Throwables Refined is a mod for the game Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord that rebalances the throwing weapons and makes them more reliant on their weight. It has a configurable config file that allows you to edit the following parameters: stack size, missile damage, missile speed, and the multiplier for damage and speed. You can set stack size and missile speed to be dependent on weapon type, and setting the stack size to be higher than recommended will cause the game to be slower. This mod aims to bring balance towards the basic options available in the game and to provide a good vanilla crafting experience.
